Lemon Orange

Lemon is a kind of orange that usually used as beverage that mixed with others like as an ingredient on tea drink. Lemon also often use to eliminate the fishy smell of the fish. Lemon is easy to grow but can't eat directly because the taste too sour. Lemon is grown most successfully in mild coastal climatic region, like in south Asian countries as Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand and Vietnam.

Lemon trees are similar to orange tree, have longevity to orange trees. Propagation and cultivation are also similar to orange, although lemon profit more from heavily pruning. The shape of Lemon fruit is ellipsoid, often with a neck on the stem (peduncle) end and a nipple on the other stylar.

Lemon product also can be produced a juice that contain of 30 to 45 percent depending on the variety, climate, maturity and storage. Lemon fruit have specific fragrant with yellow flower, the acidic fruit is an important source of C Vitamin.
